readVarnum(r: Reader, o?: VarnumOptions): Promise<number>

Decodes a number from r, consuming sizeof(o.dataType) bytes. If less than sizeof(o.dataType) bytes were read, throws Deno.errors.unexpectedEof.

o.dataType defaults to "int32".
