EventSource server for Deno
Basic implemetion of server for EventSource. It handles tcp keep-alive ‘text/event-stream’ client connections. Supports broadcasting.

⚠️ Note: that
disconnect
event appears only on failed write (not actually on client drop connection) due to tcp protocol architecture
