Utilities for working with OS-specific file paths.

Test whether or not the given path exists by checking with the file system. Please consider to check if the path is readable and either a file or a directory by providing additional options:

Take a set of command line arguments, optionally with a set of options, and return an object representing the flags found in the passed arguments.
